Return and Refund Policy

To return items, whether as a return or exchange, you need a returns label. Below we will explain to you how to return items and obtain a return label.

WHAT AND WITHIN WHAT PERIOD CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM?

According to the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We, at Mycl Turell, have extended this period to 30 days for you.
Important: Please note that only new and unused products can be returned to us. If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first.
Please also note that products with the following characteristics are excluded from exchange and therefore from revocation:

• Products that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs,
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,
• Products that were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery,
• Newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return to our shop and order the desired item again. Please return the item you do not want to us on time. You have to create the corresponding return label yourself. When you placed your order, you received an email with a DHL link. Fill out all the necessary fields here and start your return. We will refund your money immediately after receiving the goods. Due to tax regulations, a direct exchange without placing a new order is not possible. If you have any questions, our customer service will be happy to help you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Go to our returns section in our webshop. Then fill out the necessary fields carefully. Then send your return request to us. When you ordered you received an email from us. This contained a link from DHL to create your return label. Fill out all the necessary fields here and start your return. Then please print out your return label and attach it to the package. Please pack up all unwanted items. We recommend using the original packaging for this, although this is not necessary. Stick the return label on it so that it is clearly visible. Please remember not to stick the label directly on the product packaging. (e.g. a helmet box)

Make sure all old shipping labels have been removed or obscured from the box.
Hand in the return at any DHL station. There are no costs for you here. Please keep the DHL location receipt until the return or exchange has been fully completed.
After submitting the return, it will take a few days until your package is delivered to us and the return can be registered and processed in our system.
The money will be paid out to you as quickly as possible. As a rule, the withdrawal is made in the same way as the deposit. For security reasons, please always provide us with your account details.

We offer free returns only within Germany. For returns from abroad, the buyer bears the return costs.
