I went over to the shop in Aachen, 200km drive so I could personally choose and try on the transalpin Jacket and pants. They are amazing, and look fantastic.
Two days after I got the set, I noticed that I could not zip the jacket to the pants due to a faulty zipper. Also one tooth of the jacket sleeve zipper was missing. I don't know if I missed that in the shop or if it came off afterwards.
So I emailed them and they quickly replied, asking me to send the set back. After two day I got another reply that they would send me a new Jacket and pants which arrived at my doorstep today.
Excellent customer service, and quality built Jacket and pants.
